School Activities

During my practicum in Satit Bangna School, I participated in some school’s activity, such as Career Day, ASEAN Day, Mother’s Day and also Science & Math Day. Every activity that was held by the school has its own purpose.

1.      Career Day

In Career Day, students were shown some jobs. The schools was invited people who has different jobs such as actor, teacher, chef, fashion designer, doctor and etc. through this activity, students were expected to get know about their interests and what jobs they want to have. 

2.      ASEAN Day

ASEAN Day is an activity where the students were introduced and asked to respect all countries especially those countries in Southeast Asia. In this activity, all teachers and students were wearing traditional clothes from several countries. Some students were also wearing traditional clothes as the delegation from some countries in Southeast Asia such as, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and etc. For primary students, they were all given a change to know any information about all of the countries. 

3.      Mother’s Day

In Mother’s Day, all of the teachers and the students wore blue shirts. This activity was aimed to respect and show love to mothers. 

4.      Science and Math Day

In Science and Math Day, students in Secondary level were presenting something related to Science and Math to Primary students. After receiving the information that has already presented, students then asked to write down any information they got.
