Hi everyone! I am Nulli. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. So I am Nulli Dwi, 4th year English Student of PGRI Madiun University. I was born on August 28th, 1996 and raised in a small city in East Java Province, Indonesia called Madiun. 
To be honest, this is my very first time blogging. So... nice to see you everybody!. I am wishing to share any experience I have to the world through my view. I love anything about culture, English language and nature. I spend some of my free time to take nature pictures. It is just so astonishing how nature teaches us that beauty lies everywhere. Below are some of my shots. I hope you would enjoy them :)

 

 
Besides, I am also interested to explore about anything related English language and culture. Culture shows us that diversity is something that can make us stronger. It is so amazing how people from different countries, habits, life styles, religions, languages and skin colors unite and respect one another as I experience in my real life, growing up in a country that has so many cultural diversity.

V.                 Summary and Suggestions 5.1 PURPOSE OF THE PRACTICUM The practicum aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences in school in other countries in Southeast Asia. By doing this practicum, I develop my teaching skill and pedagogy. This practicum is done in the different country from where the participants live. So this enables me to grain an experience in a broader view. It helps me to practice and improve my English skill. Second Week: Teaching Assistance

            Hi everyone! Welcome back to my SEA-Teacher story. In the previous post, I already explained about the first week activity which was Classroom observation and now I will explain about the second activity in this practicum, it is Teaching Assistance. Teaching Assistance is an activity which had to be done right before teaching practice. In this stage, I helped the teachers to encourage the students to understand the lesson taught by the teacher by explaining the material in a small group or one by one. For teaching assistance I followed Teacher Ali’s and Teacher Steve’s class and Teacher Beth’s class and did 20 times teaching assistance.             In teacher Ali’s and teacher Steve’s class, I helped them to repeat and explain the material that was already delivered to students. In Primary level, it was a must for the teacher to do repetition for the lesson and also instructions whenever students were asked to do an assignment. Even though there was a clear instruc

The SEA-Teacher Project

            Hello everybody! To start this blog, I would like to share my experience in joining the SEA-Teacher project. SEA-Teacher Project or the “Pre-Service Student Teacher Exchange in Southeast Asia” itself is a project that aims to provide opportunity for pre-service student teachers from universities in Southeast Asia to have teaching experiences in school in other countries in Southeast Asia. This project is embarked by The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education.             Based on the SEAMEO seven priority areas for the eleven SEAMEO Member countries to work together to improve the quality of education in Southeast Asia,  “Revitalizing Teacher Education”  is one of the priority areas in building and strengthening capacity of teachers in the region. The exchange is preferably for 4th year students whose major are in math, science, English and pre-school. The duration is for one month and based on the mechanism of cost sharing basis.
